Terms of Use

1. Agreement

These Terms govern your use of the mobile apps and games published by ayzaapps ("we", "us"; together, the "apps"), currently: Woofort: Dog Card Battle. An app may show extra terms for a specific feature; those apply alongside these Terms. By downloading or using an app, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the apps. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law in your country.

2. Licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or distribute the apps except where the law allows it.

3. Digital content and virtual items

Some apps offer digital content, premium features, in-app currency or other virtual items (for example coins, credits, levels or cosmetic items). These are a limited licence to use them inside that app. They have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, and cannot be transferred or sold outside the app. We may adjust features, in-app prices or the items available as part of running an app.

4. Purchases and refunds

  • In-app purchases are processed by Google Play (or the App Store, where available) under that store's terms. Prices are shown in your local currency before you confirm.
  • Purchased digital content is delivered immediately and are generally non-refundable once delivered, except where required by law.
  • Refund requests are handled by the store: Google Play refunds. If something didn't arrive, contact us and we'll help.
  • Many apps store data on your device. If you uninstall without a backup the app offers, unspent items may be lost; active subscriptions can be restored through the store.

5. Subscriptions

Some apps offer auto-renewing subscriptions. Current subscriptions:

Woof Pass (Woofort: Dog Card Battle): extra gold every day and 1.5× gold from battles while the subscription is active. Length: 1 month, renewing automatically.

  • Price: shown in the store in your local currency before purchase.
  • Payment: charged to your store account at confirmation and on each renewal, within 24 hours before the end of the current period, unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Cancel anytime: Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep the benefits until the end of the paid period. Uninstalling does not cancel.
  • If a free trial or introductory price is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription. Price changes are notified by the store as required.

6. Ads

Some apps show ads provided by third parties. Where offered, optional rewarded ads give an in-app bonus; we don't guarantee that an ad is always available. Third-party ads are the responsibility of their advertisers.

7. Acceptable use

Don't misuse the apps: no cheating, bots or modified clients, exploiting bugs, interfering with other users or our servers, breaking the law, or entering offensive, unlawful or infringing content (such as display names). We may remove content, reset progress or block access for users who break these rules.

8. Intellectual property

The apps, their names, characters, artwork, music, text and code belong to ayzaapps or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Google Play and the Google Play logo are trademarks of Google LLC.

9. Disclaimers

The apps are provided "as is" and "as available". We work to keep them running smoothly but don't promise they will be uninterrupted, error-free or available forever. We may update, change or discontinue an app or feature; if we discontinue a paid feature, we will give reasonable notice where required.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, ayzaapps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or virtual items. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

11. App stores

These Terms are between you and ayzaapps, not Google or Apple. If you get one of our apps from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support, and Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms. Store terms prevail where they conflict.

12. Changes, termination and law

We may update these Terms; the new version applies from its "Last updated" date, and significant changes will be announced in the app or on this site. You can stop using the apps at any time by uninstalling them. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
