1. Who we are and scope
This policy explains how ayzaapps ("we", "us") handles information in the mobile apps and games we publish (together, the "apps") and on this website. Section 4 lists every app it covers and any details specific to that app. If an app shows a different privacy notice, that notice applies in addition to this policy.
ayzaapps is the data controller. Contact: Email us.
2. Summary
- Our apps work without an account unless the app's page or section 4 says otherwise. We don't ask for your name, email, phone number, contacts or location to use them.
- We collect only what an app needs to work, to stay stable and, where the app shows ads, to show them.
- We use Google services (Firebase, AdMob, Google Play Billing) for analytics, crash reports, notifications, ads and payments.
- We do not sell your personal information.
- All network traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS).
3. Information we may collect
Not every app uses every category below. Section 4 says what each app adds.
| Category | Examples | Why |
|---|---|---|
| App data you create | Progress, preferences, content you enter, an optional display name | Make the app work. Stored on your device unless the app offers an optional backup or online feature |
| Purchase history | Product ID, order/purchase token, time | Deliver and restore purchases, prevent fraud |
| Device and app identifiers | Advertising ID, Firebase installation ID, push token, anonymous install ID | Analytics, ads, notifications, app updates, fraud prevention |
| App interactions | Screens opened, features used, session length | Understand and improve the app, measure ads |
| Crash logs and diagnostics | Stack traces, device model, OS version, performance | Find and fix bugs |
| Technical data | IP address, app version, platform, language | Deliver content and updates, online features, security |
| Support messages | Your email address and message | Answer your request |
Unless section 4 says otherwise, our apps do not collect location, contacts, photos or videos, audio, files, messages, health or financial account information. Payments are handled entirely by the app store; we never see your card or bank details.
4. Apps covered and app-specific details
Woofort: Dog Card Battle
- Progress (cards, levels, gold, outfits, settings) is stored on your device. Optional cloud save keeps a copy on our server under a random recovery key shown in Settings.
- An optional player nickname is shown to your opponent in friend matches.
- Friend matches connect the two devices directly (peer-to-peer, WebRTC, encrypted with DTLS). Our server only passes the room code, so your opponent’s device can see your IP address. There is no chat.
- Ads: Google AdMob banners and optional rewarded videos.
5. How we use information
- Provide the app — run its features, save and restore your data, deliver purchases and content updates.
- Analytics and stability — understand which features are used and fix crashes.
- Advertising — in apps that show ads, show and measure them (see section 7).
- Notifications — send reminders or updates, only if you allow notifications.
- Security and fraud prevention — detect abuse and invalid purchases.
- Support — reply to your messages.
Legal bases (EEA/UK): performance of our contract with you (providing the app and purchases), our legitimate interests (security, analytics, fixing bugs), and your consent (personalised ads and notifications, where required).
6. Third-party services
Depending on the app, these providers process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their own policies:
- Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Messaging) — Firebase privacy
- Google AdMob and the User Messaging Platform — How Google uses data from partner apps
- Google Play Billing — Google Privacy Policy
- Our own servers — deliver app updates and run online features or optional backups described in section 4.
In apps that show ads, we share device identifiers and ad interaction data with Google AdMob for advertising. We do not share your data with anyone else except when required by law or to protect our rights and users' safety.
7. Ads and consent
Some of our apps show ads from Google AdMob (section 4 says which). If you are in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, we ask for your consent through Google's consent form before personalised ads are shown. If you don't consent, or the form can't be loaded, you see non-personalised ads only. You can change your choice from the app's settings.
You can also reset or delete your Advertising ID, or opt out of ad personalisation, in your device settings (Android: Settings › Google › Ads, or Settings › Privacy › Ads).
8. Device permissions
Our apps ask only for permissions their features need, and ask at the moment a feature needs them. Common ones are internet and network state, notifications (you can turn them off in system settings), billing for in-app purchases, the Advertising ID, and vibration. If an app needs a sensitive permission such as camera, microphone or location, section 4 and the permission prompt explain why, and the app keeps working where possible if you decline.
9. Retention
- Data stored on your device is kept until you clear the app's data or uninstall it.
- Optional backups and other server-side app data are kept until you ask us to delete them, or as stated in section 4.
- Analytics and crash data are kept according to Google's retention settings for Firebase, after which they are deleted or aggregated.
- Purchase records are kept as long as needed to deliver and restore purchases and as required by tax and accounting law.
- Support emails are kept for up to 2 years after your request is resolved.
10. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR, UK GDPR, Türkiye's KVKK, or US state laws such as the CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, to withdraw consent, and to complain to your data protection authority.
California and other US states: we do not sell personal information. Using device identifiers for personalised ads may count as "sharing" for cross-context behavioural advertising; you can opt out with your device's ad settings or by declining personalised ads in the app. We will not discriminate against you for using your rights.
To use any of these rights, email us. We reply within 30 days.
11. Deleting your data
See Delete my data for step-by-step instructions. In short: uninstalling an app or clearing its storage deletes the data on your device, and you can email us to delete anything we hold on our servers. We complete requests within 30 days.
12. Children
Our apps are not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country) and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Security and international transfers
We use encryption in transit, access controls and minimal data collection to protect your information. No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect it. Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, including the United States; where required, transfers rely on safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our apps or the law change, including when we add a new app to section 4. We will change the "Last updated" date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or on this site.
