Delete My Data

ayzaapps · Effective 10 October 2026 · Last updated 10 October 2026

Applies to all apps by ayzaapps: Woofort: Dog Card Battle (com.ayzaapps.woofort).

Our apps work without user accounts unless an app says otherwise, so usually there is no account to close. You can delete everything yourself in a minute, or ask us to do it — you don't need to reinstall or open the app.

Option 1 — Delete data on your device

  1. Open Settings › Apps on your Android device and choose the app.
  2. Tap Storage & cache › Clear storage, or simply uninstall the app.

This permanently removes everything the app stored on the device: progress, preferences and anything you entered.

Option 2 — Ask us to delete server data

Send us an email with:

  • Subject: Delete my data
  • The app name
  • Any identifier the app shows for your data, such as a backup or recovery key in the app's Settings, if you used one

We confirm by email and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What gets deleted

  • App data stored on our servers, such as optional backups and online-feature data linked to the identifier you send.
  • Your support emails, on request.
  • Analytics and crash data linked to identifiers you send us, through Google Firebase's deletion tools.

What may be kept

  • Purchase records required by tax and accounting law, for the legal retention period, then deleted.
  • Aggregated, anonymous statistics that can no longer identify you.
  • Records held by Google as an independent controller (for example Google Play orders) — manage these at myaccount.google.com.

Deleting data does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
